Traffic Team Leader ꟾ Local Residents

Join TUI MM in our Operations Team as a Traffic Agent Team Leader. You will lead an operations team at the destination and assist the Operations Manager with the responsibility of handling all employee onboarding and offboarding and managing all related office management functions in your area.

ABOUT THE JOB

• Lead the team in the correct planning, organization & operation of services such as transfer in, transfer out, transfers between hotels, tours, charter operations, and cruise line operations, airport Meet & Greets.

• Lead and supervise and smooth support for customers in the destination during the services provided.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Microsoft Teams.
• Planning, organizing, and managing assigned staff members and external providers to ensure work is completed and consistent with the company's standards, our company safety rules, and regulations during our services.
• Collaborating with staff members to formulate and implement transportation-related procedures, company revenue goals, and customer service objectives.
• Complying with transportation-related policies, as well as safety rules and government regulations.

• High capacity to manage a team to deliver results.
• Agility to juggle strategic priorities/projects whilst delivering day-to-day operational logistics.
• Exceptional administration/management skills, strong planning, organization, and technical perception.
• Can solve problems independently and/or make suggestions on how to improve ways of working & drive our digital culture.
• High level of attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and conflicting priorities without losing focus on planning.
• A genuinely helpful, flexible, and professional personality.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English, plus other languages would be advantageous.
• Travel industry knowledge is valuable as well as experience dealing with ambiguity within a global and multinational environment.
