The Revenue Operations Manager is a critical function focussed on optimising and streamlining the systems and processes related to revenue generation. The position is accountable for ensuring overall systems health and ensuring the distribution and connectivity of rates across all channels.

This role works closely with revenue management, pricing and trading, brand and digital marketing, operations, finance and IT.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Drive System Implementation (PMS,CRS, RMS) across the constantly growing portfolio
  • Support Connectivity agenda, while permanently interfacing new Sales Channels
  • Ensure, that standards, manuals & SOPs are always updated to ensure optimal system usage
  • Conduct regular Audits to ensure system health and identify training needs
  • Develop, roll out and constantly enhance user onboarding and trainings

  • Revenue Management expert with experience working across multiple properties.

ZUR POSITION

  • Du treibst System Implementierung (PMS,CRS, RMS) innerhalb des wachsenden Hotel Portfolios voran.
  • Du unterstützt die kontinuierliche Anbindung neuer Vertriebskanäle, damit unsere Hotels global sichtbar und buchbar sind.
  • Du stellst sicher, dass die Standards, Manuals & SOPs stets uptodate sind, damit unsere Systems optimal genutzt werden können.
  • Du führst regelmäßig System Audits durch, einerseits um zu gewährleisten, dass die Standards eingehalten werden und andererseits um Trainingsbedarf zu identifizieren.
  • Du trainierst neue sowie bestehende Kollegen hinsichtlich der Systeme und informierst regelmäßig über Updates.

ZU DIR

  • Der Gast steht stets im Mittelpunkt Deines Denkens und Handelns. Du optimierst Prozesse und Standards, damit sein Erlebnis noch besser wird
  • Du kannst Dich flexibel auf unterschiedliche Kulturen einstellen und suchst immer den gemeinsamen Nenner
  • Eine gute Organisation und strukturierte Arbeitsweise zeichnet Dich aus. Auch bei einer Vielzahl an gleichzeitig laufenden Projekten behälst Du den Überblick.
  • Begriffe wie PMS, CRS oder RMS sind Dir bestens vertraut genauso wie die Nutzung einer der gängigen Systeme. Opera Cloud, SynXis und IDEAS Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil, aber kein Muss.
  • Du hast Hotel Revenue Management Erfahrung und bestenfalls auch bereits auf Cluster oder Corporate Ebene.
  • Wenn Du bei einer System Implementierung bereits mitgewirkt hast und weißt, worauf es dabei ankommt, bist Du bestens vorbereitet
