Join Intercruises Shoreside & Port Services as a Port Delivery Admin Agent and become an essential part of creating unforgettable experiences for travelers from around the globe. This role offers a unique blend of logistics management, customer service, and international collaboration in one of the Mediterranean's most stunning destinations.

Intercruises Shoreside & Port Services is a TUI owned specialist business providing cruise ship handling services to cruise lines in destinations throughout the world. You will be joining the team in charge of shore excursions, transfers and passenger embarkation/disembarkation on the island.

As a Port Delivery Admin Agent, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring smooth planning and management of resources for cruise lines and their guests. ABOUT YOU

  • Good administration skills, strong planning, organisation and confident with the use of technology as well as MS OFFICE tools.
  • You have knowledge, experience and understanding of daily planning within an operations/logistics department. Previous experience within the travel sector and/or cruise industry is advantageous.
  • You are a confident decision maker, even when working under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English, plus fluency in the local language. Command of German language would be a plus.
  • You have a pro-active mindset with a clear focus on quality and efficiency.
  • Able to work in with flexible schedules and occasional location changes. While primarily weekday-focused, this role may require adaptability for limited weekend work during peak periods and/or attending shifts at the Port on cruise ship days.
  • You are open to learn, grow and drive your career while passionately delivering a great service to our guests and cruise clients
  • A collaborative team player who wants to learn, grow and embrace the digital culture.
  • Driver’s license is a plus.


ABOUT THE JOB

  • Coordinate and execute cruise client operations through all stages, from initial planning to final implementation and closing reports.
  • Manage correspondence with the commercial team and local suppliers, ensuring bookings are in place and requests are processed in timely manner.
  • Maintain and update seasonal staff database, providing regular communication and information updates with the teams involved.
  • Collaborate with onboard teams to review, refine, and finalize operational details in alignment with pre-approved itineraries.
  • Primarily office-based role with flexibility to work at port locations as operational demands require, overseeing operations during the port call, providing support and documenting any incidents or accidents for thorough feedback.
