Job Description

6 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT

Joining our TUI Finance Global Business Services Team, you will be involved with the P2P activities and work closely with internal and external stakeholders, supporting financial controls as well as providing timely, comprehensive, and accurate financial information back to the business.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Performance and analysis of monthly reports – SAP and Asterix systems
  • As an active member of the team you will identify, recommended, and drive continuous process improvement and automation, develop reporting dashboards
  • Monthly closing tasks
  • Project Management within department
  • Implementation of P2P process P2P and centralisation of tasks
  • Process analysis and GAP identifications, support and development
  • Creating Manuals and documenting departmental processes
  • Training and supporting our hubs in using processes and systems

ABOUT YOU

  • A Business University degree is advantageous
  • Experience in Asterix and SAP is required
  • Demonstrated expertise in Ecobill, Voxel, and Saibsa is essential
  • Prior experience in a similar role, developing analytical skills, managing suppliers, resolving incidents, and handling invoices.
  • Proficiency in data management tools such as Power BI, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint is required
  • Strong numerical skills and financial knowledge are necessary
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Project is beneficial
  • An excellent command of written and verbal English and Spanish is mandatory. Additional languages are advantageous
