You’ll have the chance to bring our DEI, wellbeing, and HR initiatives to life through powerful storytelling, ensuring they resonate across our diverse, global workforce. You’ll also help drive our ‘Makers of Happy’ colleague engagement activities and align communication strategies with our business vision, collaborating with both UK and international stakeholders.

If you’re passionate about engagement, innovation, and making a real impact in a forward-thinking, collaborative environment, now is the perfect time to join TUI and be part of shaping our future!

The closing date for applications will be Thursday 6th February

ABOUT OUR OFFER

  • Personal benefits: Attractive remuneration, discretionary bonus schemes, generous travel benefits, extensive health & well-being support, and more.
  • Flexible working: Work is something you do, not somewhere you go. We encourage a healthy work-life balance with a dynamic working environment.
  • A career to shape: Access the TUI Learning Hub to level-up and reach your ambitions.
  • Broaden your network: We champion intercultural collaboration and provide opportunities to work on global projects and teams
  • Community: Get involved with incredible local charity and sustainability initiatives like the TUI Care Foundation.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • You'll shape and implement TUI's global DEI, wellbeing and wider global HR comms strategies, ensuring they resonate across our diverse communities. Your creative approach to delivering content will bring TUI's commitment to DEI and wellbeing to life through powerful storytelling.
  • You’ll foster collaborative relationships with both international, and UK based stakeholders, helping them to create consistent narratives that align with TUI's values and objectives.
  • For the UK, you'll drive and support local engagement and internal comms activities. Working in close partnership with UK-based stakeholders, you'll seamlessly integrate global initiatives with local needs, creating a cohesive and impactful communication approach.
  • You'll be responsible for aligning your stakeholder's communication aspirations to the overarching business strategy, and future direction, helping our colleagues in the UK&I feel connected with the business and understand the part they play in achieving our vision. This includes bringing our 'Makers of Happy' colleague engagement activity to life and supporting key projects that resonate with the local market while maintaining consistency with our global messaging.
  • You'll utilise multiple communication channels, exploring innovative approaches to engage employees, including remote teams. Regular reviews of communication effectiveness will drive continuous improvement in our global strategy.

ABOUT YOU

  • Proven experience in an internal communications, engagement or communications culture role
  • Self-starter mentality, hands-on/pragmatic, result-driven
  • Significant experience within a busy internal communications and engagement function, with a strong focus on HR initiatives and track record in developing and implementing HR communication strategies across diverse cultural contexts
  • Understanding of global DEI best practices and the ability to translate them into effective communication strategies
  • Willingness to work in a matrix organisation and international team (experience is a plus)
  • Comprehensive knowledge of internal communications processes, methods, systems, and technologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for storytelling and the ability to adapt style and tone for different audiences
  • Effective project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and navigate complex, large-scale initiatives
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills at all levels, with a collaborative approach and the ability to challenge constructively
  • Comfort working in a matrix environment and advising senior managers on communication and engagement best practices
  • Desirable: Skilled in creating content using a multi-channel approach including, but not limited to, design, podcast production, or video editing to enhance multimedia communications
