Join our global TUI Musement People Services Team based in Faro (Portugal) as a HR Admin People Services.

Closing date: 19th of February

This is a temporary role to cover maternity leave within the team

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Support payroll activities through the HR systems (SAP). Support as well all related tasks for Social security and tax payments, and preparation of any relevant report and communication to the authorities and key stakeholders
  • Supporting the employee and payroll data is accurate and up to date in the HR systems
  • Participate in process improvement activities and propose initiatives for smooth document handling and information gathering
  • Support People Services globalisation initiatives and ensure best practise with international colleagues
  • Support digitalisation and automation of HR administrative processes

    ABOUT YOU
  • You have previous experience in a Human Resources admin position: Payroll, labor contracts, social security, etc
  • Ideally experienced in SAP HR
  • You have excellent PC skills – Excel, Word, Microsoft Office
  • You are an individual with a highly organised and pragmatic approach with a good attention to detail and the ability to deliver to set deadlines and analytical skills
  • You are capable of maintaining confidentiality in line with best practice HR
  • A desire to embrace and drive change whilst identifying and supporting process improvements and efficiencies
  • Happy to work both collaboratively as part of a team and completely autonomously using initiative where required
  • Be fluent in both verbal and written English and Spanish. Additional languages are advantageous
