Join our global TUI Musement team as a Commercial & Supply Specialist for the Intercruises brand, where you'll help develop our USA & Canada cruise business through strategic partnerships and compelling shore excursions.

Join us in this exciting entry-level role based in either Orlando or Miami, Florida. The role will be published until November 13th.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • You'll assist the commercial team with developing USA & Canada cruise business for assigned clients while managing commercial relationships with suppliers.
  • We'll rely on you to create financial and content proposals according to client specifications and deadlines, ensuring we achieve competitive rates and attractive margins.
  • Communication is key as you'll be in regular contact with cruise line clients regarding ongoing Requests for Proposal and Ad Hoc Quotation requests.
  • Your creativity will shine as you develop compelling shore excursions for our cruise clients in key destinations, creating comprehensive tour portfolios for each port.
  • Negotiating with vendors and suppliers will be part of your daily routine to ensure best possible costs while monitoring quality assurance and adherence to cruise line guidelines.
  • Working closely with Operations teams, you'll ensure alignment between quoted and delivered services while monitoring financial sustainability through tools like Salesforce.

ABOUT YOU

  • Proven experience in the tourism or cruise industry or relevant educational background is essential for this role.
  • An understanding of transportation vendor negotiations
  • Comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape and tourism trends in North America sets successful candidates apart.
  • Experience in marketing or financial management, preferably within the tourism sector, contributes to excellence in this position.
  • A strong commercial mindset with demonstrated negotiation skills and a successful record of closing deals and building strategic partnerships is highly valued.
  • Knowledge of digital components and new industry standards is an advantage, especially regarding API-based connectivity, channel managers, and reservation technologies.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, along with proficiency in digital tools like task management systems, Salesforce, and Power BI round out the ideal profile.
