Job Description

Who we are:

At TrueLayer, we’re building a global open banking platform that’s changing how money moves and so much more. We make payments and refunds instant, account data accessible and verification seamless — all so innovators in every industry can build better financial experiences for their users.

To date, we’ve raised $270 million from world-renowned investors including Stripe, Tiger Global, Addition and Tencent. We’ve got offices in London, Milan, Dublin and Sydney. And we’re trusted by industry leaders like Revolut, Cazoo and Trading 212… though we’re not stopping here.

Our vision is a financial system that works for everyone. To make that happen, we’re creating original and innovative products that will remove the friction from finance for good. We’re seriously scaling our infrastructure, we’re entering new areas all the time, we’re cornering a whole new category — and we’d like your support to get us there.

Description

Our Commercial team is scaling and so our Commercial Operations team must scale too. We are the guardians of the team organisational and operational structure, setting up the client-facing teams for success and enabling them to reach their revenue targets.

This is a rare opportunity to bring your expertise to one of Europe’s fastest-growing fintechs to help us develop a comprehensive enablement programme for our Commercial team members, supporting them throughout the customer lifecycle. We are looking for an experienced Sales Enablement Manager, with previous success in building processes, training, and other systems which will help impact TrueLayer’s efficiencies, effectiveness, and productivity.

The key areas of focus for this role are:

  • Onboarding - Facilitate onboarding for new joiners and training for current team members, reevaluating and improving our onboarding practices and assessing seller readiness
  • Playbooks - Work closely with internal stakeholders to write playbooks and employee guidelines and set expectations for role performance
  • Process optimisation - Ongoing review of our best practices and processes and planning of learning and development enhancements to aid them
  • Upskilling - Designing dynamic learning experiences on our products, industry, and ways of working
  • Performance and Strategy - Deliver measurements against our target and strategic objectives

As our Senior Sales Enablement Manager you will be expected to:

  • Develop a scalable blended model of eLearning and live courses relevant to all Commercial and also specific needs of individual teams (Sales, Integration, CSM, Operations) across all of our global locations
  • Understand the learning objectives and priorities of our business, brand, and values by working with Senior leadership team
  • Plan, organise, and lead on-site learning sessions
  • Apply adult learning theories to maximise employee engagement, driving a culture of continuous improvement, coaching, and a growth mindset
  • Track and report results of learning solutions, establishing clear follow-up actions to update and reassess as appropriate
  • Stay up to date with industry best practices and present recommendations for improvements
  • Demonstrate a passion for and innovation in process design, high impact L&D, and engagement

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years in a Sales Enablement or similar L&D role focused on Commercial learning paths
  • Proven track record of working collaboratively with internal teams
  • Demonstrated impact on sales efficiency and effectiveness

Nice to have:

  • Experience in a FinTech and/or fast-growing payments company
