Description

TrueLayer’s People Experience team is responsible for attracting, engaging and developing some of the best people from around the world. Working with our business partners, we’ll obsess over our mission is: to change the way the world pays. As we continue to scale our platform across multiple new European markets, the TrueLayer team’s strategy will be directly linked to the output of the strategic People Team. That’s where you come in. We’re looking for a People Projects Lead to enable the articulation, building and protection of our culture as we grow. You’ll support us in building a high-quality People function, ensuring all our Employees have the best experience throughout their journey with TrueLayer. You won’t stop till the Harvard Business Review writes about us. If you’re interested in making a huge impact on a global company that’s going places, then read on. Interpret appropriate data and metrics to problem-solve and make decisions Use regular data points to encourage action within the teams you work

You're able to:

Product Design not just Project Management Design, build and deliver change initiatives across the whole employee lifecycle that meet specific product requirements You are able to iteratively test design at every stage of the product life cycle to meet the user's needs. Delivery & Improvement Implement and embed people products effectively (e.g. behaviour changes, optimised processes, reduced bottlenecks, etc.). Delivering initiatives through the design flow; identifying problem statements, conducting research, co-creating an MVP, seeking feedback, iterating, launching, and doing it all over again. Engage key stakeholders on change(s), (e.g. adopting new ways of working, etc.) iteratively working with feedback to enable product improvement. Research Draw insights from relevant HR specialism(s) as well as applying learnings from other areas (e.g. marketing, engineering, UX, customer service, etc.). Apply quantitative or qualitative research methods to establish, design research, test and validate hypotheses. You are able to evaluate research and draw insights from findings. Communicate proposed decision(s) from research that meet the objective(s) set and influence decisions and actions. Agile Methodology Apply the agile methodology to facilitate the delivery of team workload. Draw insight from metrics to facilitate discussions around areas of improvement i.e. six sigma, scrum. Apply Agile principles to the team's ways of working. Understand and identify where the team will need support in psychological safety. Investigate requirements into epics, stories or tasks to facilitate delivery of PX initiatives. People Specialism knowledge Apply knowledge and specialism in an area of HR (e.g. L&D, compensation and benefits, work psychology, talent acquisition, analytics, etc.) to develop people products that deliver delight, are scalable and consistently deliver value to both employees and the business.
