The Lead strategy designer will work with internal and key client product teams to understand end user behaviour and help tailor the payment experience and interactions to help achieve key user and business objectives to best in class standard.

This role provides a unique opportunity to work directly on a live product being used daily to process thousands of transactions. It is a unique chance to collaborate directly with clients and tailor the experience that thousands of users are experiencing.

As Lead Strategy Designer you will:

  • Align, advise and guide internal and client stakeholders as to the benefits of design process in iterating a live product to develop a low friction experience.
  • Own run and synthesise new and existing research to identify insights, behavioural patterns and key trends that inform product changes.
  • Work with design and strategy teams to propose project plans and approaches that will address key business questions.
  • Lead design and product teams in designing, developing and deploying controlled tests and iterations that answer key hypothesis, and progress the product market fit of the product.
  • Summarise and present findings clearly to clients, C level stakeholders and the wider organisation
  • Represent the user and promote a user centric design approach across the organisation.
  • Develop and run workshops throughout the design process

Requirements

What we need from you:

  • An outstanding portfolio of work demonstrating strong human-centered design capabilities across a diverse range of projects
  • Substantial experience working directly with product and analytics teams to process quantitative data to identify trends and insights.
  • Experience running multivariate testing
  • Experience building and launching features in digital environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in design, business, psychology, strategy, marketing or another relevant field

Nice to haves:

  • Background in Product Management
  • Figma / Sketch / Product Design Bg
  • Postgraduate qualification or significant experience in a relevant industry
