Description

As one of our Executive Assistants, you will:

• Provide support for our CTO;
• Have a established understanding of the CTO’s priorities, enabling you to effectively manage their time and schedule;
• Coordinate the inboxes, schedules and day-to-day of the CTO;
• Take care of travel and accommodation arrangements;
• Assisting in all meetings with agendas and minute taking as and when required;
• Be forward planning and take a focused approach to tasks;
• Ad hoc personal errands as required;

Requirements

What we expect from you:

• Extensive Executive Assistant experience;
• Skilled understanding of Google Suite, Slack, Mac OS;
• Fantastic organisational skills with an eye for improvement;
• Be highly organised

• Experience working in a high growth startup environment
• Assist in events internally and externally
