We don’t think of our clients as “clients”, we prefer the term “partners”. Our partners are from a variety of backgrounds. We work with tech scale-ups start-ups and enterprise companies such as Miro, BT and Epic Games.

We’ve experienced incredible success over the last 18 months and are looking to accelerate our growth. We are looking to bring onboard a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDR) to support our outbound business development strategy and target enterprise level clients across the UK and EU.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Market mapping and targeting high-potential accounts, from start-ups to enterprise level, within the UK and mainland Europe that align with our business model and values
  • Fostering relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders to win new business partnerships
  • Booking meetings with key prospects utilising a full sales stack, including Outreach, HubSpot, Linkedin and Gong
  • Working with our marketing team on digital campaigns to help drive growth
  • Helping to create a market leading outbound sales function with HUGE plans for the future.

What are we looking for:

  • Experience in an outbound sales environment, ideally as an SDR
  • Ability to work as part of the sales and marketing team, and as an individual contributor
  • An appetite for hunting, as there will be significant cold outreach involved in the role
  • Data savvy and ability to manage sales tech like HubSpot, Outreach and Linkedin
  • Positive mindset and a drive to get things done
  • Ambition, you want to grow with the company as we drive forward
  • Ideally you will have an understanding of the recruitment landscape and selling recruitment services into businesses
