Job Description

We're ideally looking for recruiters with previous technology experience, although this isn't essential. The key metrics are attitude and interest in building a community in the fastest-growing, talent short technology markets across Europe.

Our recruiters embed fully in their chosen communities. Focusing their time on understanding and offering their members access to the most exciting, relevant, career-defining roles. This means no time spent mass-mailing, speccing, cold calling, etc. Freeing up time to focus on understanding the market, engineers ready to move, shifting salaries, packages, and best places to work, and consistently sharing this with the community.

We are transparent in name and PURPOSE. We’re focused on securing our communities of DevOps and SRE’s their dream roles with a mix of the world’s most recognised brands, emerging start-ups, high growth scale-ups, and steady enterprises with a TRANSPARENT process.

Opportunity. We have many clients who want more from us than we can currently deliver, which creates a massive opportunity for our community builders.

Commission. We are changing the recruitment model and, as part of that, are happy to share more of the pie; we'll beat your current scheme.

Flexibility. Home, office, coffee shop, beach in Europe. Work from where you work best with a hub in Central London when you need it.

Package. Build a package that's important to you—More holidays, four day weeks, Flex hours etc. We can design the right individual package for the right community builders.

Growth. We achieved a seven-figure turnover in year one and expect to triple that in 2022. We're at the start of the hockey stick.
