What employees are saying

"TPP is by far the most flexible company I have ever worked for. They truly understand the importance of working flexibly and it's connection with the wellbeing of their staff. They have always been accommodating if I needed to take time off for external activities at short notice, they allow flexibility of start/end times which really does have a positive impact on my wellbeing, and ultimately I feel I am treated like an adult and trusted to work my contracted hours without being checked on."
