Senior Recruitment Consultant
TPP Recruitment is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their Finance, IT & Facilities team. This is an established desk servicing permanent vacancies across all 3 disciplines, with finance being 80% of the roles. TPP have been established for over 26 years, so you will enjoy leveraging existing client and candidate relationships, managing jobs and billing from the outset. You will have access to an extensive and trusted database along with a LinkedIn Recruiter licence and various key recruiter platforms.

The Role
You will be responsible for recruiting all levels of finance staff from accounts assistant through to qualified accountants including Finance Directors. The team also recruit IT and Facilities from Facilities Assistants through to Facilities Project Managers and Helpdesk through to Heads of IT.
This is to recruit permanent vacancies as well as contracts over 6 months working closely with the billing manager and colleague who recruit interim
roles.
Due to our established reputation and ongoing success, you will enjoy a warm desk with the opportunity to fill vacancies with existing clients, along
with the ability to grow and develop lapsed and new business. You will benefit from the support of a billing manager along with client service managers who can assist with client development, relations, PSL’s, tenders and offer advice on recruitment campaigns ensuring we maximise business opportunities.

Essential requirements:
- Experience of agency 360 recruitment, with knowledge of running and developing either temporary or permanent recruitment desk
- Previous experience of successful stakeholder management and building client and candidate relationships.
- Communication skills to include your ability to professionally relate, influence, lead, negotiate and express yourself when speaking with or writing to all stakeholders
