TPP’s Education and Training team have experienced consistent success after developing lasting relationships with both clients and candidates. As a result, we are looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to join their team and take it from strength to strength.
As an experienced Recruitment Consultant, we can offer you an established desk with existing client relationships, recruiting vacancies across higher and further educational institutions. The vacancies you will specialise in will include registry, student services, examinations, quality assurance, compliance, and standards, as well as programme and project roles such as educational content, resource development and outreach and engagement.

Essential requirements:
Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant within an agency in a 360 role
Experience of building long term client and candidate relationships
Experience and willingness to develop new and existing business
Confident in your ability to professionally relate, persuade, lead, negotiate and express yourself when speaking and writing to all stakeholders
