As Social Media Manager, you will play a hands on role in building awareness and engagement with the Braidr brand. You will be responsible for the content strategy for Braidr, creating original content, managing all channels, and delivering creative marketing campaigns that support the key marketing and sales objectives.

As a talented collaborator, you’ll work closely with the talented team at Braidr to ensure the alignment of marketing activities and maximizing the use of assets, our people, and our work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Understand the requirements of the business to achieve new business targets; from audiences and verticals to service requirements.
  • Execute marketing plans to support the growth of Braidr.
  • Be a brand guardian, ensuring tone of voice, DNA and codes are present and effective.
  • Develop a content strategy that builds brand awareness and relevance around our core content pillars.
  • Manage the creation and delivery of a monthly editorial calendar.
  • Create original content for our website, social channels and email campaigns
  • Own Braidr’s online presence across all channels including the management of HubSpot and all social media platforms.
  • Monitor and report on performance, using insight to inform future plans.
  • Work closely with the wider team to facilitate content creation and marketing delivery. And to gain an insight into the day-to-day workings of the agency.
  • Assist in social media strategy and management of certain clients should the needs arise.

  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • An excellent communicator and content creator with the ability to deliver and create content, from concept through to final edit.
  • Flexible and able to quickly prioritise changing needs

  • Consistent posting frequency and engagement in social channels increasing steadily.
  • Producing quality content and campaigns.
  • Increasing the awareness of Braidr and share of voice in relevant audiences.
  • New leads coming through content/marketing tactics you and the Head of Marketing are deploying.
  • Hitting quarterly marketing lead targets.
  • Working collaboratively, sharing successes and recommendations with the team.
