Your New Role

At Found, our SEO Account Director is a core team member. You support, not only the SEO team, but the rest of the business in a variety of areas from strategic thinking, development of your team, integration with other channels and Found services, and growth opportunities for your accounts and new business.

Using your passion for SEO combined with your leadership capabilities, you will showcase your ideas and experience to support teams and individuals, ensuring they have what they need to reach their full potential!

Your day to day duties

  • Develop your team - You get fulfillment from developing and coaching your team members to do their best work and achieve their career ambitions.
  • Establishing great relationships with your clients and building trust in you as their growth partner
  • Generating new ideas and innovative strategies to help your clients exceed their goals.
  • Delivering the SEO team goals alongside the Head of SEO.

Requirements

About YOU

  • You love developing your team and are great at building successful relationships with clients
  • A strong communicator with the ability to explain and deliver SEO insight in a client-friendly way
  • You are super organised and able to successfully project manage multiple accounts
  • Strong agency experience, delivering strategic SEO solutions to an array of clients.
  • An inspirational leader, manager and mentor
