We're on the hunt for a talented and enthusiastic Quality Assurance Analyst to join our fantastic QA & Games team in Sunderland. This isn't just a job; it’s a chance to make a massive impact on millions of players!

What you'll be getting up to (a glimpse into your new role!)

You'll be a key part of ensuring our players have a seamless experience. A typical day might look like this:

• Defining test specifications from game requirements.
• Executing test cases manually, reproducing issues, and documenting findings.
• Identifying, documenting, and managing bugs with clear and concise descriptions for developers.
• Investigating and performing root cause analysis on bugs to assist in debugging.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to share information and ensure quality.

What we're looking for in you (your superpowers!)

We're looking for someone who is super-organised and detail-oriented.

The Must-Haves:

• Strong knowledge of API functionality and software development lifecycles.
• Experience with test management tools like TestRail to plan, track, and manage testing efforts.
• A strong ability to identify and initially investigate problems at a root cause level.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a knack for stakeholder management.

The Nice-to-Haves (bonus points if you have these!):

• Knowledge of defect management tools.
• Understanding of Agile process and deployment pipelines.
• Basic JavaScript understanding.
• An ISTQB foundation qualification.
