We’re looking for a Product Manager – Data to play a key role in shaping the future of how tombola uses data to power smarter decisions, richer insights, and more personalised player experiences.

This is an exciting opportunity to define and deliver the data product vision that underpins our player experience, business performance, and growth. You’ll work at the intersection of technology, analytics, and strategy — building the foundations that help every team at tombola make data-driven decisions with confidence.

As our Data Product Manager, you’ll partner with engineering, BI, and insights teams to define how data is captured, structured, and surfaced across the business. You’ll balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, ensuring that our data products are scalable, accurate, and impactful.

What you’ll be doing

• Define and own the data product strategy, vision, and roadmap, aligned with tombola’s wider business goals.
• Shape the evolution of tombola’s data platform, ensuring it meets the needs of key stakeholders across product, marketing, finance, and compliance.
• Partner with BI and analytics teams to translate business requirements into clear, deliverable data products.
• Ensure data is high quality, accessible, and usable across systems and teams.
• Collaborate with engineers to build scalable data pipelines and tools that empower analysis and experimentation.
• Translate complex requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Monitor performance against key data KPIs, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation.
• Champion data-driven decision-making, helping teams across tombola use insights to drive better outcomes.
• Keep safeplay, compliance, and data governance at the heart of every decision.

What we’re looking for

• Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role in a data or analytics-focused environment.
• Strong understanding of data products, data pipelines, and how data flows through digital ecosystems.
• Experience working with BI, analytics, or data engineering teams.
• A data-informed mindset — comfortable using insights to shape roadmaps and priorities.
• Excellent communication skills — able to translate technical detail into business impact.
• Proven ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative and proactive, with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• A curious, outcome-driven mindset — always looking for ways to make data more valuable.
