We're on the hunt for a talented and enthusiastic BI Manager – Commercial & Marketing to join our fantastic Product & Insights team in Sunderland, Dublin or Gibraltar. What you'll be getting up to (a glimpse into your new role!)

You'll be a key part of shaping the future of our marketing and commercial efforts.

A typical day might look like this:

  • Leading and supporting the BI team that focuses on commercial and marketing insight.
  • Working with stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver clear, actionable insights.
  • Supporting the development of reports and dashboards to track performance, campaign effectiveness, and customer engagement.
  • Guiding your team in using data effectively to solve problems and proactively spot opportunities.

What we're looking for in you (your superpowers!)We're looking for someone who is a natural collaborator and enjoys developing people.

The Must-Haves:

  • Proven experience leading BI, performance, or data teams.
  • Strong data visualization skills, ideally with Tableau, but other tools like Looker or Power BI are great too.
  • Expert SQL knowledge.
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders and translating technical detail into simple, clear stories that drive action.

The Nice-to-Haves (bonus points if you have these!):

  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and balancing short-term needs with long-term improvements.
  • Knowledge of the online gambling industry.
