This is an exciting opportunity for someone to support the running of our fast growing Creative department. We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual who is a great team player with an acute eye for detail.

Your main tasks will be related to the procurement or production, inventory, care and management of all products and props associated with Creative Shoots, ensuring that they are available on time, within budgetary requirements and maintaining a high standard of quality. This will include securing and returning samples to agencies, adhering to a check/in check out process ensuring all stock items are booked in at each stage, checking that all received items meet the highest standards of quality and that all stock, samples and props for shoots are handled correctly throughout the shoots. The objective of the role is to ensure damage is minimised throughout our shoots to drive our content and be the continuous bridge between the creative and the logistics teams.

Salary for this role is £26,500 - £28,000.

You Will:

  • Detailed quality checking goods to the highest level
  • Booking and quality control on all goods returned back to the suppliers within the appropriate time frame
  • Working closely with Stylists to ensure products are handled correctly during shoots
  • Other Production related ad hoc duties, at the discretion of your manager ensuring a safe working environment for the business
  • Working with multiple internal stakeholders to ensure products are processed for creative shoots
  • Communication with a number of key internal stakeholders
  • Being aware of where all samples and inventory are at any given moment
  • Ensure damage is minimised throughout our shoots to drive our content

You Have:

  • Experience with luxury goods essential
  • A background in the art, design, production, or props department is preferred
  • Someone with previous experience in quality control and stock control is desirable
  • Team management experience
  • Excellent eye for detail
  • Experience with NetSuite, Slack and Trello an advantage
