Job Description

This is an incredibly exciting time to join Threads in such an innovative, pioneering role. We are creating the largest global shopping platform and this role is instrumental to our mission. Reporting to the SVP of Marketing, this senior leadership role will oversee the you will lead Threads Content Production & in-house Creative Studio.

You will lead all areas of planning and managing production to support the Editorial objectives, whilst managing an efficient studio and staying on-budget and on-schedule to business requirements. You will help to maximise short and long-term commercial impact through delivery of creative content by consistency and integration across all media assets and the entire communication funnel. You will focus on maximising our distinctive brand assets and embedding a powerful visual identity for Threads Styling by working across the full breadth of media from photography, illustration/graphics, animation and tone of voice to drive brand recognition.

About the team…

The role will be a senior leader within the Marketing team, managing brand identity, the end to end creative and design process, tone of voice and the copywriting team, not to mention the entire production department - from ecom still life to high impact brand shoots.

Salary negotiable based on experience.

Requirements

You Will:

  • Lead and oversee all planning for content production schedules
  • Support, manage and grow the production team
  • Build and manage a Production budget, across planning, forecasting, & actualizations
  • Manage the entire creative production process, from receipt of content brief to shoot to content delivery schedule.
  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day production schedule and team in studio
  • Implement new process across budget, resource workflow & studio planning
  • Manage in-house Studio and set up relevant operations & planning as needed

You Have:

  • Extensive experience working in a creative role and environment
  • Social-first content and creative thinker
  • True passion for luxury fashion and lifestyle
  • Experience leading and building a production and operations function
  • Experience managing multiple content work streams simultaneously
  • Experience leading a very busy planning, production and creative output schedule.
  • Experience managing and scaling production teams across project management and all-on set resources. (Full time and Freelance)
  • Experience developing and managing complex Production budgets, bottoms-up and top-line budgets.
  • Experience managing a rotating set of freelance talent and scaling as needed.
