Job Description

As Finance Commercial Manager (12 Month FTC) in the Order Management department you’ll be reporting into the Director of Order Management, managing and coordinating the Order Management team activities while equally and actively contributing to the team’s day to day tasks. You will be working closely with the Director of Order Management and the other department’s stakeholders to provide operational support.

Requirements

You Will:

  • Support with raising invoices, aiming at providing full and accurate info from the start while guaranteeing the necessary checks.
  • Understand and leverage NetSuite process flows to manage orders end to endOwn policies knowledge, acts as compliance ambassador and gatekeeper with the other teams
  • Own accounting knowledge with a strong understanding of FRS 102 accounting framework, to ensure correct treatment of transactions
  • Supporting the development of improved operational processes, identify challenges and leverage best practices
  • Work closely with the operations department and contribute to the company initiatives’ success

You Have:

  • Fast-paced commercial or admin role mid / senior level experience
  • Experience in a high volume, data processing role
  • Direct experience in a similar role
  • Accounting knowledge, particularly FRS 102 accounting framework
  • Strong knowledge of Excel
  • Knowledge of NetSuite is critical
  • Familiarity with Tableau is an advantage
  • Experience in leading or managing a team and organising workflow and tasks
  • Ability to identify priorities and meet deadlines
  • Hands on, multi-tasker, successfully delivered different deadlines and projects
