This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is passionate about Customer Service and has the confidence and enthusiasm to make a mark in the business to improve our service standard.

Please note the salary for this role is £24k.

Requirements

You Will:

  • Be responsible for dealing with customers enquiries across multiple channels (social media, live chat, emails and occasional phone calls) in a timely manner
  • Responsible for our Client returns process end to end
  • Work closely with the personal shopping team to assist customers with all lines of enquiry.
  • Communicate with customers about their product enquiries and orders, including any delays or changes in delivery
  • Be professional and more than happy to go the extra mile for new, existing and potential customers, while maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude
  • Implementing processes and procedures to improve the standard of customer service
  • Work in an International team

You Have:

  • Any experience in a Customer Service role, in fashion would be an advantage
  • Familiarity with navigating social media platforms
  • Natural communication skills and have a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and manage priorities well
  • Experience with Kustomer - Customer Service platform (desirable)
