Job Description

Role can also be known as Media Manager/ Partnerships Manager in the wider industry.

As our Account Director for our 'Threads Media Services', you’ll be establishing Threads as the new, luxury millennial and genZ space to promote luxury brands and partner with to create incredible content and social campaigns. You will be responsible for building out incredible social media-based strategy with leading luxury brands and bringing in qualified luxury client leads. As the client facing Threads Ambasador you will own all of the client relationships with prospective brands who will use the service and will be the bridge between our production partners and Threads.

You’ll bring your superior knowledge of a millennial and Gen Z HNW and UHNW client base and a proven track record of advertising partnerships in the luxury industry, in order to build out the media strategy for Threads. You’ll also use your passion for great content and storytelling, and keen interest in style and culture, to develop new and innovative campaign ideas.

The role is based in London, sitting in the marketing function and working closely with the squad delivering the content and the brands partnership team.

Base salary for this role is between £55K - £58K with a potential OTE of £90k dependent on experience.

This role and the team are hybrid based out of Telephone House in Shoreditch, London. This role does have in-office expectations because of how we operate as a team and business, and although we’re really open to what those are and how they work, this team does require 2 days a week together in the office as well as 2 days out in London meeting clients.

We regret that we are not open to fully remote applications right now for this reason, but what we can offer is a flexible working approach which can be discussed per role and a host of team cultural activities and treats in our office.

Requirements

You Will:

  • Develop marketplace and competitor knowledge to identify new brand opportunities
  • Support with reporting and campaign summary for client and internal data.
  • Define and develop new business opportunities with advertisers and agencies
  • Manage payment and invoicing process including timely payments
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing to help structure campaigns based on sales, historic content, and social media/content trends
  • Support with pre- production of campaign shoots

You Have:

  • Proven track record within a relevant publishing, digital media or social media group
  • Have an active luxury industry client network
  • Proven negotiation skills with leading luxury brands
  • Record of presenting to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience delivering multiple projects on-budget and on time
  • Technical knowledge of design and presentation software such as keynote
  • Proven record of winning and maintaining luxury client relationships for social content
