Headquartered in Belfast, with offices in the United States we partner with incredible start-up and scale-up technology clients across North America to recruit the best talent to build their teams and drive their growth.
In the next 3 years we want to be 100+ employees, working with fast moving technology start-ups that generate billions in revenue. We are looking to bring on board multiple Talent Partners to work on these exciting and innovative projects.

Who Are You?
You will be an ambitious and tenacious recruiter with 2-3 years’ experience in either agency or in-house setting with a flair for sourcing world-class talent via multiple channels.
You will be driven to move away from the grind of scrambling for “one hit wonders” for clients and instead, want to partner with your client for 3–6 month projects, learn the company culture and imbed yourself into that organisation. You will be motivated to recruit exclusively for that client to directly influence their growth and success by scaling their core teams.
You will be comfortable engaging with key stakeholders, help them develop recruiting best practices, provide market insight and help make the right recruitment decisions.
We are a young, fresh recruitment business with a completely different proposal to traditional agency, no pointless KPI’s or Business Development calls – you will be given medium term projects and all the tools necessary to thrive.
We can offer you the perfect blend between agency and in-house recruiting because you can lead a recruitment project for a client but once that is complete you can embrace a new project and challenge with a new client – there is no such thing as “same old, same old”! You’ll have the impact of in-house with the support of your recruiter colleagues.
