The what

Our goal is to make Strengthscope® stratospheric, to make it the go-to development tool for working people and by doing so, drive quadruple revenue growth across the next 5 years. To help us achieve this, we’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Delivering against monthly and quarterly revenue targets and producing accurate 90-day sales forecasting
  • Increasing the average spend and lifetime value of companies already utilising Strengthscope®
  • Owning the overall commercial growth of your accounts, including producing a robust sales plan based on CRM data and research
  • Ensuring the smooth transition of accounts recently onboarded by the business development team
  • Helping clients align their use of Strengthscope® to their People and business strategy
  • Ensuring Strengthscope® is utilised by the client across their employee lifecycle
  • Ensuring clients are confident in their use of Strengthscope® and are aware of all the resources available to help them
  • Working with internal training consultants and the client to ensure successful management of projects, including overseeing design, delivery, and evaluation
  • Proactively meeting and engaging with clients on a monthly/quarterly basis to explore new and innovative solutions.

The you

We’re looking for someone with a real passion for growing existing customers! It’s also important you:

  • Are passionate about helping people have life changing, light-bulb moments
  • Have 2+ years experience in an account management/sales role (ideally selling within the People development space – e-learning, learning experience platforms, LMS, psychometric assessments, training, etc.)
  • Have a strong and demonstrable history of account revenue growth
  • Take ownership of your work, the results you deliver, and can juggle multiple tasks and priorities
  • Can consistently follow internal processes, including accurate data input into our CRM system
  • Are able to interpret and analyse data to inform sales planning and forecasting
  • Take an active interest in self-development/workplace psychology
  • Enjoy and have experience building long-term relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Are naturally resilient and driven to succeed
  • Have a good working knowledge of all Microsoft usual aspects (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
