The Role

We’re on the lookout for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager who will own and execute all paid and email marketing campaigns.

Working closely with the Senior Growth Manager and Content Strategist, you will be responsible for supporting our growth, demand generation and ABM strategies, analysing marketing performance, optimising campaign results, ideating tests, strategising multi-touch messaging, and building/implementing TOFU marketing campaigns.

Critical criteria for the role include advanced knowledge of the B2B SaaS funnel, campaign ideation and execution, and a passion for testing and optimisation.

  • Own all day-to-day paid search, display, and retargeting functions including budget, creative, strategy, execution, reporting, optimisation
  • Own all aspects of email campaign performance, including experimentation, optimisation, and reporting
  • Work with the VP of Marketing and Senior Growth Manager, to determine how best to deploy the 6-digit monthly budget, ensuring we’re on track to meet our growth targets, whilst optimising our CAC, ROAS and NRR
  • Work with our product, growth, content and customer success teams on funnel iteration, developing, executing and maintaining a testing roadmap, spanning creative, audience and placement types
  • Partner with our in-house design & content team to craft high performing and consistent creative
  • Build and maintain structured and scalable reporting cadence, creating actionable insights for content creators to learn from and factor into new creative iterations
  • Work with Marketing Ops to iterate on lead and nurture flows in HubSpot


  • Demonstrable performance marketing experience across digital channels with a focus on biddable media (paid social, paid search and programmatic display) and email marketing, preferably within a fast growth SaaS or technology company
  • Highly creative with an unorthodox approach to scaling campaigns and communicating the brand across channels
  • Demonstrable experience of managing channel budgets of $100k+ a month
  • Data-driven with a high attention to detail.
  • Obsessed with driving growth performance and ROI.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong ability to execute.
  • Understanding of attribution modelling
  • Experience using Google Analytics, Mixpanel and/or Amplitude
  • Experience using HubSpot

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with Tableau
  • Experience with CRO
  • Experience using attribution tools e.g. Bizible
