The RoleScreenCloud is looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to oversee the company’s marketing data, processes and platforms, leading on the optimisation and scale up of our global marketing operations. You will play a key role in assessing and optimising our marketing processes, systems and data infrastructure to develop best practices around campaign planning & execution, lead management processes and lead scoring; marketing database governance, data quality and data enrichment (including intent data and ABM methods); and use of our marketing automation and CRM platform (HubSpot) to accelerate pipeline and revenue growth.
The right person for this role will need to be agile and have a passion for marketing data, systems, processes, metrics, and reporting. You will be a self-starter who can think strategically and act tactically – someone who excels at operations that facilitate the scalability, predictability, and efficiency of marketing operations.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the SME for our marketing automation platform, HubSpot, ensuring effective deployment of marketing automation and CRM capabilities for the purpose of driving qualified leads, and accounts, whilst also taking accountability with the senior marketing leads, for achieving campaign and revenue targets
  • Develop and drive the marketing CRM strategies and execution in support of customer acquisition, pipeline growth, segmentation, partner marketing and customer retention/cross-selling
  • Deliver regular quantitative analyses and attribution reports, to help answer strategic and operational questions, assisting our VP of Marketing and the performance, growth and content leads, with quarterly/monthly business reporting, forecasting, target setting, and KPI management
  • Understand and configures workflows and lead scoring models; experience with ABM models and how to leverage contact and company-level analytics to enable account-based marketing and selling
  • Collaborate with our Sales Operations Manager to align processes, workflows and data management practices across our global sales regions and territories, to ensure that lead scoring and end-to-end lifecycle processes are effectively delivering marketing qualified leads and accounts to sales
  • Oversee marketing operations projects and process improvements that will drive effective lead management, enhanced contact and company profiles, and improved lead quality
  • Collaborate with our performance, growth and content leads, to ensure timely, efficient and scalable execution of global campaigns – including brand awareness, ABM, lead nurturing, customer marketing, partner marketing, and marketing conferences and events
  • Responsible for overall database management and data governance, including data volume, list uploads, and third-party data enrichment. Oversees data cleanliness and completeness for customer, prospect and partner records; maintains data according to good GDPR policies and practices
  • Documents processes and trains marketing staff on best practices around data governance and data standards, workflows, naming conventions, and other enablers
  • Continuously evaluate the marketing tech stack to assess requirements and add new technology as needed
  • Oversee integrations with other tools in our enterprise tech stack including, but not limited to, Salesforce, Gainsight, Chargebee, Drift, Google Data Studio/Tableau
  • Oversee end user licensing and annual contracts for 3rd party marketing technology

Requirements

  • Demonstrable Marketing Operations experience at a scale-up, B2B, SaaS company
  • Expert ability in Hubspot, with a strong understanding of email automation, workflow automation, system integrations, full-funnel reporting, and data hygiene
  • Analytically minded, and experienced using BI tools, such as Tableau or Google Data Studio, to aggregate data, generate reports, identify trends and make recommendations based on business intelligence
  • Enjoys identifying and solving complex challenges
  • Demonstrated experience with project management systems, preferably Asana, with an aptitude for managing timelines and complex initiatives across multiple teams with multiple stakeholders
  • Solid understanding of attribution modelling and reporting
