The role
This role is extremely important within the sales team at ScreenCloud. You will be responsible for helping to scale revenue across the company. Our Sales Development Representatives are specialists in researching prospects, discovering pain points, getting access to, and setting meetings with decision-makers. This role allows the Account Executive team to focus exclusively on conducting meetings with prospects and increasing the overall productivity of the sales team.
Furthermore, you will build the foundation of ScreenClouds Sales Development department and have a high impact on its future success. We are looking for highly motivated individuals that have strong work ethic, possess grit & hustle, are coachable, have natural confidence & curiosity, and do not shy away from proactive outreach.

Responsibilities

  • Research, identify, and prospect for new customers
  • Outreach via multiple channels (cold call, email, Video, LinkedIn Sales Nav) to get in touch with our ideal customer profiles
  • Identify pain points within our ideal customer profiles and present ScreenClouds products
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities
  • Setup quality meetings for our Account Executives
  • Build the foundation for ScreenClouds SDR department
  • Achieve KPIs’ and maintain the appropriate level of activity
  • Be a proactive member of a fast-paced sales team and an international scale-up environment with ambitious goals

Requirements

  • Some proven experience in a B2B Sales environment (perhaps in a SDR/Inside Sales or similar role)
  • Knowledge of Sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Outreach, SFDC, Chorus, ideally within a SaaS environment
  • An understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Working knowledge of software sales cycles and processes
  • Experience collaborating across multiple departments
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • A strong can-do attitude and approach
  • Coachability; you seek out and respond positively to feedback and are committed to learning and personal development
  • A customer focus and commitment to ensuring customer success
  • A good team player! Our sales team are a supportive department committed to helping and enabling each other

Bonus Skills

  • Previous experience as a high performing SDR
  • Selling into different verticals/industries
  • Knowledge of Google Suite, SFDC, Outreach, and Chorus.ai is a plus
