The roleWe're currently looking for a Project Manager to be responsible for managing various digital projects across ScreenCloud, with their main responsibility assisting & attending a series of global conferences with our largest Strategic Client throughout 2023. Working alongside the project lead & the rest of the Professional Services team, they will help in supporting the high level of service delivery expected from this projects & events.
The Project Manager will play a vital role in helping the Professional Services team deliver custom client projects to the highest standard. They will be crucial in helping guarantee a smooth project delivery that meets all requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting the Project Lead on the 2023 Key Client Events including:
  • Managing logistics for events including booking travel & accommodation for teams on site
  • Attending events throughout the year - (note this will involve some international travel which may require you to be away from home and on-site for up to 10 days at a time)
  • Working closely with internal product teams on updates, amends & any issues that may occur
  • Successful & effectively work with internal product & development teams
  • Ensure all meeting notes & project folders are captured & kept up to date
  • Help maintain project documentation & document templates to a high standard
  • Maintain and keep Asana project boards and tasks up to date
  • Scheduling, managing & attending meetings with clients & internal teams
  • Assist in the running of custom client digital projects alongside the Professional Services team

Requirements

  • Demonstrable Project Management experience
  • Proven record of managing the end to end of a project cycle
  • Proven experience at juggling multiple projects at one time
  • Experience in written project documentation, including project briefs
  • Experience working with design & development teams.
  • Self motivated, strong team player
  • Eye for detail including willingness to interrogate & test project builds
  • General technical /digital knowledge - this will help you understand our product & better communicate with the engineering & product teams
  • Willingness to learn the ScreenCloud platform & become a master
  • Effective & confident communications skills to work closely with clients and internal teams
  • Client facing experience, including confidence & clarity and running meetings
  • Understanding and experience of & using digital project processes
  • Strong communication, and great written skills
  • Must be confident with GSuite workspace software
  • Able to share examples of managing projects
