What you'll do

In this role, you will support the User Experience Design team of SAP Field Service Management in day-to-day activities.

Your tasks include:

• Support designers with design tasks and user research in various projects
• Prepare review and validation sessions with internal and external stakeholders
• Help to maintain our Figma libraries (web + mobile)
• Align the Jira Backlog items and create an overview over the UX tickets
• Collaborate with team members, developers, product managers, and customers

What you bring

We are looking for motivated, detail-oriented, and well-structured talent with good communication skills and a collaborative attitude.

• Student at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred field(s) of study: Art or Design Studies, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Computer Science or similar
• Computer skills: Figma or similar design tool, MS Office, Jira or similar project management tool
• Language skills: fluent English (written and spoken), knowledge of German is a plus
• Soft skills: proactive and independent working style, ability to work in a diverse and global team, creativity, focus on results
• Good understanding of fundamental design and human interaction principles

You will join the User Experience Design team for SAP Supply Chain Management, a key pillar in the SAP Cloud portfolio and strategy. We are responsible for designing solutions that shape the future of businesses in one of the largest market segments our company supports.
We are a highly dedicated, mixed team of User Experience Researchers and User Experience Designers of all experience levels. Tolerance, trust, open minded collaboration, mutual support, and fun are key to our team spirit.
Being part of a global company, we regularly collaborate with customers and colleagues in international arrangements.

Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages
