What You’ll Build

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Working Student (f/m/d) to support our Digital Sales Development Team. In this role, you will contribute to key sales activities by preparing presentations, coordinating meetings and events, and helping to streamline internal processes.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, business development, and client engagement within a dynamic environment.

• Support the creation of high-quality sales presentations (e.g., PowerPoint)
• Assist in organizing and coordinating client meetings, workshops, and events
• Help prepare meeting agendas, materials, and follow-ups
• Maintain and update sales documentation, reports, and CRM systems
• Conduct research on prospects, markets, and industry trends
• Assist the Sales Development team with administrative and operational tasks
• Support lead generation and pipeline tracking activities

What You’ll Bring

• Currently enrolled in a university program in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
• Strong interest in sales, business development, and client interaction
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
• Fluent in German and English
• Proactive, reliable, and team-oriented mindset
• Working from Walldorf/St.Leon Rot is required

Where You Belong

The Sales Development department aims to drive business growth by identifying and developing new sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting the sales pipeline. Its mission is to create a consistent flow of qualified leads and enable the sales team to engage effectively with potential customer.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and leveraging state of the art software.
