What you´ll build

We’re looking for a motivated, reliable, proactive, curious student assistant who has a high service attitude and customer focus, who is used to learning by doing and who wants to work with customer professionals who manage mission-critical customer landscapes. That is what makes this job so challenging and so much fun.

You will be part of a diverse team of Project Managers, Process, Data and Security Experts, as well as customer-facing SAP Client Delivery Managers, and Technology Experts, who are the primary contacts for the customer landscapes run by SAP Enterprise Cloud Services. You are responsible for supporting the team in back-office functions through the complete lifecycle of Onboarding, Documenting, Defining and Updating Processes, Training and Knowledge Sharing, Data Quality, Data Maintenance, Service Improvements, Reporting, Communications, Change Management, Budgeting, Staffing, and Team Building so that the team can ensure best-in-class operations processes, service stability and customer-satisfaction.

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Communication, Intercultural Management, Knowledge, Process & Innovation Mgmt, Computer Sciences
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office, technically savvy, high interest to learn new tools
• Language skills: Fluent in English, German is a plus
• Soft skills: team player, good communicator, expert in organizing, creative, pragmatic, curious, proactive, reliable, flexible, high customer service attitude
• Other important skills/experience: project management, practical organizing skills, customer management, office administration, training, documentation, human resources
• Working from St. Leon Rot office is not required but if you could come in occasionally (ca. 2x a month), it would be a plus
• You love working with people across different cultures

We are a global team who takes care of large German customers who have a strategic importance and long-term relationship with SAP. We help those customers in their digital transformation and their transition into the SAP RISE private Cloud. They trust us to operationally run their most important e.g. car production systems, non-stop, 24x7, 99.99% uptime. Therefore, customer trust and service excellence are key of what we do.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
