What you'll do

In this role, you will support SAP CX User Experience Design in day-to-day activities.

Your tasks include:

• Supporting management, designers and developers in various projects
• Preparing slides and other materials for cross-organizational projects and topics
• Collaborating with team members and different departments
• Observing and obtaining information from all relevant sources

What you bring

We are looking for motivated, detail-oriented, and well-structured talent with good communication skills and a collaborative attitude.

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred field(s) of study: Business Administration, Art or Design Studies, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Computer Science or similar
• Preferred computer skills: Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, other design tools is a plus
• Language skills: Fluent English (written and spoken), knowledge of German is a plus
• Soft skills: Proactiveness and independent working style, ability to work in a diverse and global team, creativity, focus on results
• Good understanding of fundamental design principles and human interaction principles

The SAP CX UX team defines the face of SAP CX Solutions. The team creates UX that becomes a reference for delightful, human-centric experiences to simplify business processes.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
