Verstärken Sie unsere SAP-Experten für Human Capital Management (HCM) im Entwicklungsteam Schweiz in der Abteilung SAP Globalization. Durch unser Produkt erhalten rund 20 Millionen Angestellte weltweit ihr monatliches Gehalt.

Möchten Sie in einem hoch motivierten Team in St. Leon-Rot mitarbeiten, das für die schweizer Version der Gehaltsabrechnung zuständig ist? Das Team modelliert Gesetzesänderungen in der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung und setzt sie in unserer Software um. Unsere Kunden erwarten qualitativ hochwertige Lösungen, die den von der Verwaltung festgelegten gesetzlichen Anforderungen entsprechen. Das Team ist für einen großen Kundenstamm verantwortlich.

Diese Position bietet Ihnen die Möglichkeit, Ihr Fachwissen durch ein breites Spektrum an Verantwortlichkeiten und damit verbundenen Aufgaben zu erweitern. Sie werden für alle Phasen des Entwicklungsprozesses verantwortlich sein, in erster Linie für die Modellierung und Implementierung, aber auch für die Anforderungsanalyse, das Testen, die Wartung und den Second-Level-Support für unsere Kunden. Sie werden ebenfalls strategische Projekte wie die HCM-Lösung für SAP S/4HANA und Cloud unterstützen.


YOUR PROFILE

- Mindestens ein Bachelor-Abschluss, vorzugsweise ein Master-Abschluss, ein Ingenieursabschluss oder eine Promotion in Informatik, Mathematik, Physik, Wirtschaft oder ähnlichen Bereichen
- Sehr gute Programmier- und Modellierungskenntnisse (ABAP-Kenntnisse sind ein Plus) sowie ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten
- Fähigkeit, schnell zu lernen, sowie ein hohes Maß an Verständnis für die Anforderungen des Managements
- Fähigkeit, qualitativ hochwertige und zuverlässige Arbeit zu leisten
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten: Fähigkeit, im Team zu arbeiten, aber auch selbständig zu arbeiten
- Bereitschaft zur Arbeit in einem interdisziplinären und multikulturellen Umfeld
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (schriftlich und mündlich) sind unabdingbar
- Gute Englischkenntnisse (schriftlich und mündlich) sind erforderlich
- Mindestens 2 Jahre erste Berufserfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung
- HCM-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
