  • Write UI texts and other UX copy to enhance the usability of our products in close collaboration with all stakeholders.
  • Define terminology (simple, consistent, and conforms to industry standards).
  • Adhere to standards and guidelines to deliver high quality user assistance.

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication, UX Design, Computer Science, or any other related experience
  • Extensive experience in information development, technical writing, support, or other forms of content development
  • Experience in serving as a content subject matter expert within a development group
  • Extensive experience in technical writing along with experience in documenting end-2-end user experiences
  • Ideally first-language proficiency in English, or excellent written and spoken skills in English; German language skills are a plus
  • Ability to express complex technical information in a clear and precise manner
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines, deliver on time, and ensure high quality
  • Flexibility and a readiness to communicate with other team members
