What you'll build

We are seeking a dynamic, ambiguous, and experienced SAP Product Manager specializing in Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) to join our innovative team with the willingness to take over major responsibility for this solution. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the development and enhancement of our EWM solutions, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our customers and stay ahead of industry trends

• Be an ambassador for Extended Warehouse Management internally and externally
• Lead the product lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical activities, including ideation, design, development, and market launch.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, marketing, sales, and customer support) to define product requirements and ensure successful implementation.
• Engage with customers to roll out the roadmap, gather feedback, understand their needs, and ensure our EWM solutions deliver exceptional value.
• Monitor product performance and user adoption, leveraging analytics to drive continuous improvement.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for EWM-related queries, providing expertise and support to internal teams and customers.
• Ensure technical soundness and reliability of EWM solutions to prevent customer escalations, including proactive identification and resolution of potential issues.
• Stay updated on the latest SAP EWM technologies and trends (like AI), incorporating relevant advancements into the product strategy.
• Coordinate with all logistic teams to ensure cohesive and integrated logistics solutions across all modules.
• Ability to explain complex technological concepts in a simple manner.
• Business fluent in English and German

What you bring

• Master / Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in product management or consulting, with a focus on SAP EWM
• Strong understanding of warehouse management processes and best practices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-makin
