What you’ll do
Position Title: SAP iXp Intern - Sports & Entertainment Support
Location: São Leopoldo, RS (Hybrid 3x)
- Engage with partners by utilizing real-time channels and tool
- Liaise with development to identify application errors and missing product functionalities for future releases (legal/non-legal requirements
- Analyze cases, perform in-depth troubleshooting to identify and solve complex technical issue
- Provide timely and ongoing regular updates and solutions to SAP customers & partners according to our Service Level Agreements (SLA
- Document solutions to known issues and consulting questions to be posted to both internal and external knowledge base
- Work on the SAP communityCollaborate with other employees, sharing knowledge and process-improvement suggestions
What you bring
We are seeking individuals who possess entrepreneurial skills, with strong abilities to work in an online environmentYou are fluent in English (oral/written) and Portuguese (oral/written). German and Spanish language skills are a benefit. You will be part of a diverse global team environment and be an active contributor who enjoys learning from colleagues and sharing customer experiences. If you have a passion for learning new concepts and technologies in this progressive market, then SAP is for you!
- Knowledge of the most common operating systems, MS Office Suite, and basic networking concept.
- An understanding of mobile devices and technologies, web services concepts, as well as HTTP/HTTP protocols and XML knowledg.
- A general understanding of the use of add-ons, SSL certificates, and system communications and security protocol.
- Knowledge of a programming language (preferably an object-oriented language) would also be an advantageCustomer support experience is a plus.

Join our Sports & Entertainment team within the DBS product family Supply Chain & Industry Solutions. We support SAP customers using SAP Sports One (cloud solution), SAP Customer Checkout (on-premise and cloud), and SAP Event Ticketing (cloud), and collaborate closely with colleagues from development, customer engagement, and operations.
Our colleagues are located across the world: Brazil, Ireland, and Germany.
