The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students (f/m/d) with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship; it’s the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.

Position title: SAP iXp Intern (f/m/d) - The Office of the Head of Marketing Germany

Location: Walldorf

The Office of the Head of Marketing Germany is hiring an intern (f/m/d) to support with the following tasks and special projects

  • Preparation of internal and external communication for the Head of German Marketing and the leadership team
  • Support for upcoming special projects, campaigns and events
  • Creative tasks such as image and video editing that reach a wide audience
  • Support in the creation and adaptation of marketing documents and presentations relating to the Marketing Unit Germany
  • Taking responsibility for self-created concepts and projects
  • Organization of internal events and workshops of the marketing management team
  • Administrative support for Marketing Germany Leadership Team

This internship offers you the unique opportunity to get insights into how the marketing of a market unit is being led and what it takes to be successful. In a dynamic team with diverse and exciting tasks you will not only get to know the internal marketing processes and KPIs, but also the role of marketing in the company structure and the interaction with different stakeholders across the company.

  • Student (f/m/d) - preferred major(s): Business administration, international business management, economics, marketing, communication, media management
  • First experience and previous knowledge from other marketing or sales departments
  • Strength in analytical and strategic thinking or in creative work
  • Computer skills: Advanced knowledge of all MS Office programs (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Language skills: Fluent in German and English
  • Soft Skills: Feel comfortable working in a dynamic environment
  • Obligatory: Reliability, independent, flexible and goal-oriented work
  • Coming to the office in Wallrdof required (3x per week)

Marketing Germany is responsible for all marketing activities in the German market. From developing and executing SAP's marketing strategy for increased awareness, competitive differentiation, thought leadership, revenue growth and customer retention, we drive innovative, targeted marketing from strategy to execution with the entire marketing tactic mix.

As part of the Head of Germany office team, we work with internal and external stakeholders at various levels to leave a strong footprint as a forefront in the market.
