About the team

SAP’s goal is to create an industry-leading Scale customer engagement experience that provides an easy-to-use digital entry point to self-help and guidance for our customers.

Within the Global Business Suite Operations organization, the DCSM Operations & Strategy team is the engine to guarantee SAP customer success strategy is executed at scale by building a strong foundation for growth through innovation and tools.

The team works strictly aligned with the Regional Digital Customer Success Teams to collaborate and develop harmonized processes that are effective, technology driven and in line with the needs of the field.

Moreover, the Operations Leads provide data insights that highlight the Scale business successes and areas of improvement, empowering teams and decision-makers across the organization to make informed choices on portfolio strategy, priorities and territory management.

What you’ll do:

Position title: SAP iXp intern- Customer Success Operations Intern
Location: Barcelona, Spain
Expected start date to end date: March 1st 2025 – August 31st, 2025 (min. 6 months, max 1 year)

In this role, you’ll:

Support the Global Operation Manager and Team in numerous ways working to improve its efficiency, communication and ultimately the way the Customer Success team engages with our customers:
- Coordinate & execute weekly account assignment for all the Regions
- Oversee the process of account scope review globally
- Provide data reports to guarantee visibility on the business
- Organize project management activities
- Suggest ideas and implement improvements for our current internal processes
- Support the preparation of executive presentations
- Coordinate the follow-up of weekly team meetings
- Participate in new initiatives relevant for the success of the organization

You will have the opportunity to develop a solid foundation and understanding of how SAP’s overall Customer Success organization is running.

Who you are:

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

The ideal candidate has a strong interest in customer success in the tech world and its operations. He has expertise both in communications and in analyzing data.


To excel in this role, you need to possess:

• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Analytical, trouble shooting and problem-solving skills
• Keen interest in continuous process improvement
• Flexible, self-aware, highly motivated and open to feedback
• Ability to work well in a team as well as independently

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Currently enrolled at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science or similar
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Business Suite (Power Point and Excel in particular)
• Preferred candidates with previous experience working in the Tech industry and/or in Customer Success
