What you`ll do:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Project Manager (f/m/d) to support projects in our unit and with internal stakeholders, manage communications with other units, and between teams. This role is vital to our organization’s success and will involve managing alignment meetings and internal events as well as ensuring successful engagements across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Support:

  • Develop project plans and schedules; organize locations and contributers; proactively address potential challenges.
  • Organizing calendars and co-ordinating team meetings/events

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Act as a point of contact for stakeholders (both internal and external), organizing their requirements and addressing any issues or inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Facilitate regular updates, reports, and meetings to keep main stakeholders, internal teams, and external customers informed about status.

Migration Projects:

  • Drive migration initiatives for internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate technical teams and ensure smooth transitions with minimal disruption to all stakeholders.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard project success during the migration process.

What you bring:

  • University degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Project management experience with a proven track record of managing projects
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Teams, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel)
  • A team-player mindset with strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage relationships with stakeholders and internal teams
  • Experience with agile project management methodologies like SCRUM and tools such as JIRA, or similar software. Experience as SCRUM master is a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Self-motivation and accountability
  • Proficiency English and German

Additional Skills:

  • Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities
  • Prior experience in organizing software development
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess project performance and implement improvements.
