Job Description

We help the world run better
At SAP, we keep it simple: you bring your best to us, and we'll bring out the best in you. We're builders touching over 20 industries and 80% of global commerce, and we need your unique talents to help shape what's next. The work is challenging – but it matters. You'll find a place where you can be yourself, prioritize your wellbeing, and truly belong. What's in it for you? Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.

Role overview

As a Digital Campaign Manager (DCM) at SAP’s Digital Hub, you are responsible for designing, preparing, and executing Cross-Industry Reach Campaigns for your market that generate high-quality demand and measurable business outcomes

You will work closely with Sales Development Executives (SDEs), Sales and Line-of-Business (LoB) teams and partners to ensure campaigns are well-defined, aligned with business priorities, and ready for seamless execution.

This role goes beyond campaign planning — it’s about making campaigns executable: ensuring data quality, target validation, content readiness, alignment with stakeholders and synergies with other sources of demand so that the SDEs and Sales can effectively convert customer engagement into pipeline

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Ownership

Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns that align with company priorities, ensuring they are launched on time and adjusted when new business needs arise – whether supporting pipeline generation or acceleration.

  • Collaboration and Alignment

Work closely with marketing, sales, partners and subject-matter experts to agree on target audiences, messaging, and content so that every campaign supports business goals.

  • Data Preparation & Target Definition

Review and clean customer and prospect data, define clear target account criteria, and maintain accurate contact lists for each campaign.

  • Coordination & Execution Enablement

Support sales and business development teams to prepare and launch campaigns, ensuring all materials, messages, and audiences are ready and localized where needed.

  • Measurement & Optimization

Monitor campaign results, analyse performance metrics (such as reach, engagement, and leads generated), maturation of the pipeline and recommend actions to continuously improve.

Required Skills/Experience

  • Experience in B2B marketing, campaign management, demand generation or sales (ideally in the software or tech industry).

  • An ‘energiser’ who brings a sense of purpose and fun in fostering a pipeline culture.

  • An out of the box thinker and doer, able to design and bring to life new ways to engage with prospective customers

  • Proven ability to plan and operationalize campaigns in collaboration with sales and business development.

  • Strong coordination and project management skills.

  • Data management and analytical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel for campaign tracking, reporting, and performance analysis.

  • Experience working in a multi-cultural environment.

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree, MBA/master's degree or equivalent preferred.

  • Outstanding communication, organizational and time management skills.

  • Fluency in English and Dutch is a must.

What's in it for you?

  • An opportunity to really make a difference for our customers and colleagues

  • Being part of a team fostering innovation and collaboration

  • Constant learning and knowledge sharing.

  • An environment where you can grow and develop you career

  • Chance to work in a dynamic, fun and challenging environment where you we will make sure you reach your full potential.
