What you'll build:

You will be a part of the design, implementation and maintenance of modules or features for the software application development team SAP Project Services in Public Cloud. Our team is a cross-functional team of talented, supportive and motivated colleagues. Within our team, we follow the agile methodologies and industry best practices. As a Developer Associate in our team, you will be working as a full stack developer and will beresponsible for the following activities

Application Development & EnhancementDesign, develop, test, and maintain SAP ABAP programs including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms (RICEF) using modern development approaches and automated testing frameworks to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions

Technical Implementation & InnovationDevelop Standard SAP solutions leveraging ABAP Object-Oriented Programming, CDS Views, OData services, and SAP Fiori/UI5 technologies to meet evolving business requirements and optimize system performance

Issue Resolution & Technical SupportAnalyze, debug, and resolve technical issues within ABAP programs and SAP modules, providing timely support to end-users and collaborating with functional teams to troubleshoot complex scenarios

Agile Development & CollaborationWork effectively within agile teams using Scrum methodologies, actively participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and code reviews while collaborating closely with product Manager, Architect, Development Manager and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solution.

Software Development Best PracticesFollow SAP coding standards, development guidelines, and best practices to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code and develop reliable automates

Cloud & Modern SAP TechnologiesDevelop cloud-ready applications using ABAP Cloud development model, RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP), and integrate with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Business Technology Platform environments

Continuous Learning & Knowledge SharingStay current with emerging SAP technologies while actively sharing knowledge and best practices with team members across the organization

Documentation & Quality AssuranceCreate and maintain comprehensive technical documentation including specifications, test cases, and system configurations while ensuring adherence to quality standards and performing code optimization for improved performanc

What you bring:

B.Tech/M.Tech or a relevant degree with 1-3 years of work experience as a software developer.Adept knowledge of CDS, ABAP/ABAP OO, OData, RAP, JavaScript, UI5 and FIORI Smart Templates

Enthusiastic team player with strong communication skills and results driven

Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills with ability to explain complex information in a clear and precise manner.

Knowledge of automation test frameworks like AUnits/OPA5/QUnits/WDI5 is desirable.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and changing business and technology environments.Use for faster development , units generation and code reviewsBasic Understanding of AI , AI Agents , LLM's, SAP Joul

Nice to Have:Practical Knowledge on SAP Joule , Large Language Models, Prompt Engineering, AI Agents
