What you`ll do:


Summary: We are looking for a passionate and driven Product Management Associate to join the Business Suite Product Management. This role offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of SAPs suite first strategy, working on projects that directly impact our customers' experiences and drive business growth. As a Product Management Associate, you will be part of a dynamic team that values creativity, collaboration, and strategic thinking.

The Role: As a Product Management Associate, you will define and drive the SaaS ERP Suite vision and roadmap by understanding customer challenges and creating innovative solutions. You will conduct discovery to understand customer problems, market trends, and the competitive landscape. Collaborating with Product Marketing, you will communicate the SaaS ERP Suite vision and its customer value. You will craft solutions that maximize customer value by integrating and harmonizing the SaaS ERP Suite. Additionally, you will develop a view of the Total Addressable Market (TAM), competitors, technological innovations, and ecosystem trends. Your role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure products are optimized for growth, aligned with our strategy, customer needs, and effectively positioned for Go-To-Market success.

What you bring:


• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in information technology, computer science, business administration or equivalent subject.

Mandatory: You have good communication skills in English and German (both spoken and written)

• Customer-centricity and business process understanding
• Collaboration and teamwork across organizational boundaries
• Positive and optimistic mindset
• Hands-on mindset and open to learn and explore new things every day
• Shows attention to details, while also understanding the big picture.
• Is a team player with ability to engage with different cultures and people at several organizational levels
