Digital Supply Chain senior Logistics EWM consultant

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
•Possess in-depth knowledge in SAP Production Planning (PP), SAP APO (Demand Planning or Supply Planning), Integrated Business Planning – Demand & Forecast Planning, Sales & Operation Planning (S&OP) or Response & Supply Planning. Experience of PPDS implementations would carry additional weightage
•Hands on experience in design, build, test & deployment of IBP – Master data management, Demand & Forecast Planning, S&OP or Response & Supply Planning in large organizations, in the role of a functional consultant and a team lead
•Ability to lead teams and independently handle large projects as a team lead in the functional areas mentioned above
•Should possess a sound knowledge on integration with FI-CO, SD, MM, PM, PP, QM related areas
•Should possess knowledge on data migration and should have handled data migration in large projects independently
•Should be well versed with project implementation methodologies
•Should possess complete knowledge on every phase of SAP implementation including Fit-Gap analysis, creation of business blueprint, implementation based on a blueprint, creation of test cases, test scheduling and execution, key user training, roles and authorization, data migration, go live support and post go live support
•Business process consulting knowledge
•Should be able to support Sales & Pre Sales - creation and execution of proof of concepts (POC’s) and demos
•Should be able to collaborate with the various internal teams of SAP, including development and support
•Should contribute to practice building measures like Knowledge Management (Provide subject matter training for your focus areas), Lead generation and mentoring


EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
•Strong analytical skills, result-oriented and effectiveness in problem solving
•Excellent presentation and communication skills
•Team player and ability to work successfully in culturally diverse environments
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
•Application & industry know-how and practical experience
•Excellent communication skills in English. Additional communication skills are a benefit
•Know-how of project and consulting business practices
•Capacity for teamwork, analysis and conceptual thinking
•Graduate / Post-Graduate degree in Management, IT or Engineering
•Certification in PP, APO, or IBP area (Preferable)

WORK EXPERIENCE
•Minimum 5 End-to-End implementations
•Minimum 10+ years of SAP implementation experience
•Extensive experience 5+ years of business processes experience
•Familiarity with SAP implementation methodologies & tools
•Experience in influencing key stakeholders
