The BAC Services Americas team has an opening for a Controller who is passionate about business steering and driving simplification, standardization, and automation. BAC Services Americas is the responsible finance business partner to the CE&S (Customer Engagement & Services) Americas Market Units.
The responsibilities are comprised of financial business partnering, planning, forecasting, financial close, analyzing, reporting and consolidation of sales (Bookings, Productivity, etc.), Cloud KPIs, Delivery (Revenue, Utilization, etc.), and Headcount.
In this role the candidate will support the BAC Services Americas team along with Specialized Controlling leading a variety of reporting and analysis topics around forecasting, financial close, consolidation, budgeting, reporting and communication of financial results. Candidate will also closely collaborate with the Global BAC Controlling, as well as layers of the Americas CE&S Management teams.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
- Support the BAC Services and Specialized Controlling team leading a variety of reporting and analysis topics.
- Prepare, analyze, consolidate, and benchmark financial performances and metrics.
- Build, maintain, and improve Reporting dashboards used for Financial Planning and Performance monitoring.
- Ensuring accurate and timely completion of financial activities.
- Preparing ad hoc analysis and being part of financial projects.
- Active participation in the monthly and quarter end close cycles, forecast and budget.
- Enhancement of current controlling models and processes.
- Out of the box thinking and the ability to create new processes

- I have excellent excel skills and experience on building and maintain excel dashboards.
- I like improving and simplifying tools/processes.
