We are looking for a S/4HANA business expert to join the core S/4HANA globalization team who could contribute to shape the strategy and scope of localization for SAP S/4HANA globally. The job is embedded in a tight network between our customers, the market units, and the development units.

About the role:

As a SAP S/4HANA APO, you will drive key aspects like defining business process scope for globalization. You would do this together with localization experts spread across the world who know country specific legal and local requirements. Aim would be to ensure product compliance with focus on S/4HANA scenarios like Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report etc. Based on your profound knowledge, you would describe business scenario requirements needed to be fulfilled. During the agile development process, you would guide development teams by clarifying business queries and verifying solution increments until they pass your final acceptance testing. You would also drive and coordinate customer and partner engagement.

Strategy and innovation are key elements too. It is expected that you would look out for business trends and come up with innovative ideas like hyper-automation for business process localization in S/4H.

Requirements :

  • Strong business knowledge of S/4HANA, especially Financials and Universal Parallel accounting (UPA)
  • Experience with configuration of S/4HANA
  • Experience of global ERP implementations will be an added advantage
  • Knowledge of localization and experience of customer projects will be an added advantage
  • Ability to engage with customers and partners, to articulate SAP’s global Intelligent Enterprise vision
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
  • Ability to prepare the requirement for development team
  • Eagerness to learn and explore
  • Excellent communication and networking skills
  • 5+ years of relevant experience as product manager
  • Profound knowledge of SAP’s solution portfolio
  • Working experience in a multicultural environment
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with demonstrable success in previous positions
  • Fluent English language skills

SAP’s Globalization Product Management proactively manages the globalization of SAP’s product offerings inconsistency with the overall SAP strategy to enable customers to continuously run solutions according to their local needs.
