What you’ll do

As a Developer in the GLO HCM Unit Domain Agent Team, you will play a key role in scaling AI-driven development within specific business domains. Your work will focus on building domain-specific agent instructions and tools, leveraging foundation capabilities, and ensuring seamless integration with existing SAP systems. You will:

• Develop and enhance AI-driven components for domain-specific agent instructions and tools
• Collaborate with Engineering teams to validate agent features and transfer knowledge on AI-driven development practices.
• Implement AI-based solutions, ensuring they meet domain-specific requirements and integrate with existing frameworks.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, testing workflows, and deployment processes, applying MLOps/LLMOps best practices for reliability and scalability.
• Write clean, maintainable code for well-defined components, ensuring production stability and performance.
• Explore and assess emerging AI technologies to continuously improve domain-specific agent capabilities.

What you bring

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong programming skills in ABAP, Java or Python
• Good understanding of software engineering principles, agile methodologies, and collaborative development.
• Familiarity with GitHub, VSCode, including Cline, and containerization tools like Docker and knowledge of Kubernetes is a plus.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools like Jenkins.
• Understanding of MLFlow and MLOps/LLMOps practices.
• Familiarity with SAP AI offerings (AI Core, AI Business Services, Joule).
• Experience consuming LLMs via APIs (OpenAI, HuggingFace).
• Curious to explore emerging AI technologies and their application in enterprise solutions.
• Fluent English and strong communication skills.
