Opportunity

The newly formed Creative team at Quantexa is looking for a thoughtful, multi-faceted Senior Digital Designer to play a key role in creating a state-of-the-art digital brand experience that truly connects and delights users. He/she/they will work with the Brand Design Director and Corporate Marketing Leadership to create exceptional web and digital communications. Outstanding design sense, creative talent, can-do attitude, lightning speed, and exemplary work ethic are absolute musts.

Responsibilities

  • Transforms wireframes into intuitive digital experiences including webpages, landing pages, email templates, among others, that include still, animated, and interactive design.
  • Develops and maintains a high level of strategic brand consistency across our .com properties, campaigns, and digital communications.
  • In-house resident expert in web design and digital execution with an emphasis in accessibility and usability.
  • Hands-on experience working with HTML and familiarity of CSS, JS, and other coding essentials.
  • Keeps up to date with digital design trends, workflows, and platforms to inform the technical and design optimization of our digital properties.
  • Partners closely with the Brand Design Director to innovate by designing coherent and business resonant, state-of-the-art digital experiences for prospective customers.
  • Collaborates with our partners in Marketing and Demand Generation to understand our customers and help drive campaign conversions by designing engaging brand expressions to tell the Quantexa brand and platform stories.
  • Works closely with developer to bring these digital experiences to life.

Requirements

A bit about you:

  • Extensive experience as a digital or multimedia designer crafting and executing websites, landing pages, email, campaigns, etc
  • Portfolio demonstrating sophisticated digital work, including animation + motion (please include with application)
  • Figma expert, proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Can stretch across a magnitude of digital experiences (interaction, campaigns, visual design and brand, typography, motion, etc)
  • Ability to combine business strategy, brand strategy and customer insight to design compelling and market-relevant digital design
  • Must be comfortable presenting concepts, receptive of feedback, and quick to adjust as needed
  • Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to adapt to change quickly and work both in structured and changing environments
  • Thrives on working well with marketers and developers
  • Thinks of and gets stuff done
  • Detail oriented, well organized, strong problem-solving skills
